1. What We Collect

When you interact with Leverage Academy, we may collect:

Email address and name: collected when you sign up for the Leverage Scorecard or purchase a product
Scorecard responses: your answers to the 11-question career diagnostic (stored anonymously for analytics)
Purchase information: processed by Whop; we receive your email address and purchase amount, not payment card details
Usage data: page visits and general engagement via Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless and privacy-first)

2. How We Use Your Data

Send you the Leverage Scorecard, Tool List, and follow-up email sequence via Brevo
Deliver purchased course content through Whop
Send product updates, weekly educational content, and relevant offers (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Improve our products based on aggregate usage patterns

3. Email Marketing

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email list. By submitting your email, you consent to receive educational emails from Leverage Academy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not share or sell your email address.

4. Third-Party Services

Whop — course delivery and payment processing. Subject to Whop's Privacy Policy.
Brevo — email marketing platform. Subject to Brevo's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics (cookieless). Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

Leverage Academy does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics (when active) is cookieless. We use localStorage to remember checkout intent (the email you entered before checkout). This data stays on your device and is not shared.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address and purchase records for as long as you are a customer. If you unsubscribe and have no active purchases, we will remove your data upon request.
